Vincent Gray http://ping.fm/ULF32 WASHINGTON — Voters in the nation’s capital have decided to oust Mayor Adrian Fenty, a backer of education reform who some said had become out of touch.
Early Wednesday morning, with 90 percent of precincts reporting, Fenty had 50,850 votes, or 46 percent, compared with 59,285 votes for challenger Vincent Gray, or 53 percent.
